Five County Single Family Residence Sales Statistics for June 2023

This data is from the MLS that serves the Grand Traverse area. It includes Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Antrim and Kalkaska counties.

In Grand Traverse County 126 homes were sold in the month. The average price was $544,558- up about 60k over last year. The median price was $396,450 about the same as 2022.

The other four counties have small sample sizes and it is hard to say if they are accurate or not. The average price in Leelanau was down; Benzie about the same; Antrim was up and Kalkaska was down.

Sales overall were down- 218 homes sold in the 5 counties in the month of June in 2020; 339 in 2021; 279 in 2022 and 218 in 2023.
