I have been looking to retire/relocate to the Traverse City area from northern Il. Though I still have to sell my house in Il, I noticed a couple of properties {that John was listing} I was intrigued with but realistically would not have been a good fit. A chance viewing on Zillow found a property that did check the majority of the boxes for me. I called John, we both agreed it would probably get snatched up pretty quickly and put in an offer within a couple of hours. There was a scheduled showing later that afternoon and John wanted to beat the rush. We got the offer in and the seller took it. I closed on that property 11-22-2022. Without John's help I'm sure I would still be looking. John kept me in the loop with any new information and was always a phone call or text away.
